In general: Non-waterproof, and waterproof (non-breathable) garments can be washed in a washing machine, at the temperature recommended on the care label sewn into the garment. LIFA should be washed with a mild detergent at 60 degrees Celsius for SPORT and ACTIVE, and 40 degrees C for PROWOOL. Air dry LIFA garments – using a hot dryer will cause them to melt.

In general: Waterproof, breathable garments, including HELLY TECH, can be washed in non-biological detergent at the temperature recommended on the care label sewn into the garment. Ensure all zippers and fasteners are closed. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue and tumble dry on a low/medium heat for 15-20 minutes. If you don’t have a drier, use a warm iron to press the inside of the jacket (heat is an important element in refreshing breathable, waterproof properties).

The PROTECTION LAYER (eg HELLY TECH) combines weather protection, comfort and durability.
